Training the Runner
This workshop will give you the knowledge needed to provide complete training for your running clients. The Training the Runner workshop includes the basics of running, biomechanics of running, fundamentals of speed training, proper nutrition, plyometrics, what to look for in running shoes, the importance of stretching, using strength training to avoid running-related injuries and more.
If you are a running coach, personal trainer or fitness instructor, you will want to know more about preparing your clients for running.
