Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Course Policies

Effective Date: June 2026

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any course, workshop, certification program, online training, self-study course, or educational resource offered by Body Blueprint Fitness Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

💳 Registration & Payment

Full payment is required to secure enrollment unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptance of registration by Body Blueprint Fitness Education.

Course spaces for in-class training programs are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

💰 Refund Policy

Online & Self-Study Courses

All online and self-study course purchases are final sale.

Once course materials, manuals, videos, downloads, online lessons, tutorials, digital resources, or course access have been delivered, accessed, or made available to the student, no refunds will be issued.

This includes certification packages and bundled course programs.

In-Class Courses

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are available according to the following schedule:

  • 30 or more days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $40 administration fee.

  • 14–29 days before the course start date: Refund minus 30% of the total course fee.

  • 72 hours to 13 days before the course start date: Refund of 50% of the total course fee.

  • Less than 72 hours before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

Students withdrawing less than 72 hours before the start of an in-class course may be offered the option to transfer to an online version of the course or to a future in-class course, subject to availability and applicable transfer fees.

🔄 Course Transfers & Rescheduling

Students may request a transfer to another course date or learning format, subject to availability.

Switching to Another In-Class Course Date

  • More than 2 weeks before the course start date: No transfer fee.

  • Less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours before the course start date: $100 transfer fee.

  • Less than 48 hours before the course start date: Transfer fee equal to 50% of the course tuition.

Transferring from Online to In-Class

Students enrolled in an online course may request a transfer to an available in-class course. Additional tuition and/or transfer fees may apply.

Important Transfer Conditions

  • All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Transfers are subject to availability.

  • Courses may not be transferred to another person.

  • Once a course has been transferred or rescheduled, the registration becomes non-refundable.

📚 Course Completion Deadlines

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Individual online certification courses must be completed within four (4) months of purchase.

  • Students enrolled in the complete Personal Training Certification Package have one (1) year to complete all required components.

  • In-class course final assignments must generally be completed within two (2) months following the course end date.

Students are responsible for ensuring all prerequisites, assignments, examinations, and certification requirements are completed within the applicable deadlines.

⏳ Course Extensions

Course extension options may be available if additional time is required to complete a course.

Extension fees vary depending on the course and the amount of time elapsed since the course expiry date.

Students should contact Body Blueprint Fitness Education prior to their deadline whenever possible to discuss available extension options.

📝 Assignment Requirements

Students are expected to complete all assignments using their own words and understanding of the course material.

Copying directly from manuals, lessons, videos, course materials, websites, or artificial intelligence tools without proper citation is not permitted.

Assignments that do not meet academic integrity requirements may be returned for revision before grading.

All Body Blueprint Fitness Education materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course manuals

  • Assignments

  • Lesson content

  • Videos

  • Tutorials

  • Downloads

  • Graphics

  • Photographs

  • Worksheets

  • Assessments

  • Educational resources

Course materials are licensed solely for the use of the registered student.

Students agree that they will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, photograph, record, scan, or distribute course materials.

  • Share login credentials or course access with another person.

  • Upload materials to websites, social media platforms, file-sharing services, or third-party learning systems.

  • Sell, lend, transfer, or provide course content to another person.

  • Use Body Blueprint materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in immediate termination of course access without refund and may result in legal action.

🎓 Certification Requirements

Certification is granted only after successful completion of all required coursework, assignments, examinations, practical evaluations, attendance requirements, and any other program-specific requirements.

Body Blueprint Fitness Education reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements have not been satisfactorily completed.

Students are responsible for meeting any deadlines established by external accrediting organizations, including but not limited to BCRPA or other certification bodies.

⚠️ Course Changes

Body Blueprint Fitness Education reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, locations, delivery methods, course content, fees, or program requirements when necessary.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify students of significant changes.

By purchasing a course through Shopify, accessing course materials through LearnWorlds, attending an in-class course, or submitting coursework, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • You accept the refund, withdrawal, transfer, and course completion policies.

  • You understand that digital course purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

  • You understand that course materials are protected by copyright and may not be shared.

  • You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your course access and materials.

  • You agree to comply with all policies outlined above.
