Motivation is considered the driving force behind our actions and ultimately our success, but in reality, it is one of the least reliable tools we have. Motivation is unreliable. Let me explain....
The truth is that, even for us fitness professionals who are “motivated” most of the time, motivation fluctuates based on sleep, stress, environment, and countless other variables.
"Motivation is not a fixed personality trait; it is a biological state that fluctuates moment to moment based on what is happening in the brain."
What actually creates long-term results is structure, repetition and systems that remove the need to rely on how we feel in the moment. This workshop is designed to shift the perspective from simply needing motivation and will hopefully provide you with the practical strategies that help both coaches and clients build consistency regardless of motivation.
The goal of this workshop is not to eliminate motivation, but to stop depending on it as the primary driver of behaviour. Instead, we build a framework that supports action even on the days when motivation is absent.
