The Magic of Muscles: Strength and Flexibility
We have over 600 muscles in the body, yet most of us don’t know what they are or how to use them. Working out incorrectly can be counterproductive and unsafe. This workshop will give you lots of information on how the muscles function, to help you to stay injury-free throughout your life. This workshop helps you design exercises that target specific muscles using many pieces of equipment (balls, weights, tubes, etc.). Anatomy of the muscles, stabilizers, muscle contractions, rests, sets and flexibility of the muscles will all be covered. This is a GREAT workshop for everyone and an excellent way to review your muscles!
