The Fitness Theory Course is the prerequisite for becoming a Personal Trainer, instructor in the Weight Room, Group Fitness, Aqua Fitness, Yoga, Seniors, or adapted fitness (special needs populations), and will prepare you for the BCRPA provincial exam. This enjoyable and popular course fills up quickly. Even if you do not plan to become a certified fitness instructor, everyone can benefit from our Fitness Theory course to improve their well-being!
The course cost includes everything you need including the Body Blueprint Fitness Theory full-colour manual. After the course you will be given a practice exam that fully prepares you for the BCRPA Fitness Theory exam, and will allow you to receive a Body Blueprint Fitness Education Fitness Theory certificate.

Classes will be kept small due to COVID19 protocols. Safety measures will be in place (sanitizer, social distancing) and we request you do not come if you are/were recently ill, showing any symptoms, or around anyone who has been ill or travelled. Masks are mandatory at this time (until further notice).
