Aquatic Personal Training
This workshop is for the Personal Trainer wanting to expand their offerings and the Aqua Fitness Instructor looking to individualize their workouts.
There are many advantages to training clients in the water versus on land: it is difficult to fall in the water and harder to injure yourself, you won’t have many high-impact exercises so it is easy on joints, there is less chance of DOMS, you don’t need much or any expensive equipment, and there are also lots of options for a workout program!
You will be able to complete the course with the online materials.

NSFA – 4 credits
