Classes will be kept small due to COVID19 protocols. Safety measures will be in place (sanitizer, social distancing) and we ask you do not come if you are/were recently ill, showing any symptoms, or around anyone who has been ill or travelled (until further notice). Masks are optional while social distancing and sanitization is in place.
This enjoyable and thorough course covers every aspect of weight room instructing including how to design safe and effective programs, different types of programs to match different goals, how use machines in the gym as well as body-weighted exercises. This is the second step in becoming a personal trainer and is the prerequisite for the Personal Training course. If you want to be a certified Weight Trainer or Personal Trainer in Canada, then this is the course you will need!
Friday evening 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am - 4: 00pm
