You’ll receive the latest Body Blueprint PT manual, online tutorials, exam prep materials and everything you need to successfully complete the Personal Trainers course and prepare for the BCRPA provincial exam and ICE. If you would prefer to receive a hard copy of the manual by post, please choose the “Manual” option of the Personal Trainers course.

Students must be certified in Weight Training. It is up to the student to ensure they have all the prerequisites.

Please note that if you wish to be BCRPA-certified as a Personal Trainer, this is the third course of 3 (Fitness Theory, Weight Training, and Personal Training). You must first register with BCRPA as a Fitness Leader (complete the Fitness Theory course, BCRPA exam, First Aid and CPR, and BCRPA registration). Then you may enter the Weight Training course. Following the Weight Training course, you will need to complete your practical exam (ICE). After that, BCRPA recommends you complete 12 practice Weight Training programs in your own time prior to beginning the Personal Training course. Then you may take the Personal Training course. Following this, you will have a BCRPA written exam and ICE (contact us for more details).

The digital courses are non-printable. If you'd like a printed copy, please order one (and you will also receive the digital copy right away).
