The Body Blueprint Group Fitness Instructor course teaches you all the elements of being a motivating, thorough and safe fitness instructor. If you want to teach any type of group exercise classes, this course will teach you how. With the online Group Fitness course, you will be required to send in short videos. You will either make a CD/DVD or upload the video online. We help you every step of the way and make it easy for you to complete this enjoyable course.
Please note that if you wish to be BCRPA-certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, you must first register with BCRPA as a Fitness Leader (complete the Fitness Theory course, BCRPA exam, First Aid and CPR, and BCRPA registration). Following the Group Fitness Instructor course, you will need to complete your 8-hour practicum and your practical exam (ICE), which can be done over video or in person.
