Saturday  1pm to 6pm 

 Sunday 1pm to 4pm. 

 

The theory portion is online and easy to do from your home. 

The Body Blueprint Group Fitness Instructor course teaches you all the elements of being a great instructor. This course will be taught by Serena Hardy. We cover choreography, use of music, cueing, safety in exercise design, strength and flexibility, boot camp and outdoor fitness. Join thousands of other fitness professionals who have taken the Body Blueprint courses.

You will be provided with a digital Group Fitness manual.

 

Requirements

Must have completed Fitness Theory course or equivalent. 

If taking this course for certification and registration, Fitness Theory exam with designated registering body, as well as current First Aid and CPR, must be complete prior to receiving Group Fitness Certificate. 

Following the Group Fitness Instructor course, you will need to complete your 8-hour practicum and your practical exam, which can be done over video or in person.
