Group Fitness Course In-Class Victoria
The Body Blueprint Group Fitness Instructor course teaches you all the elements of being a great instructor. We cover choreography, use of music, cueing, safety in exercise design, strength and flexibility, boot camp and outdoor fitness. The focus is on YOU and the type of class you want to teach. Classes will be kept small due to COVID19 protocols. Safety measures will be in place (sanitizer, social distancing) and we ask you do not come if you are/were recently ill, showing any symptoms, or around anyone who has been ill or travelled (until further notice). Masks are optional while social distancing and sanitization is in place.

Please note that if you wish to be BCRPA-certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, you must first register with BCRPA as a Fitness Leader (complete the Fitness Theory course, BCRPA exam, First Aid and CPR, and BCRPA registration). Following the Group Fitness Instructor course, you will need to complete your 8-hour practicum and your practical exam (ICE), which can be done over video or in person.
