Aqua Fitness is a wonderful way for people to get a workout without the impact. This makes it great for people with injuries, seniors, and in pregnancy. Aqua Fitness is also taught at resorts in countries around the world, so it's a great certification to have under your belt if you like to travel for work (or often stay in resorts for free!).
Aqua Fitness courses are always available online and occasionally run In Class (in Victoria). If you would like to take the course in person, but do not see a class date that works for you, please let us know if you'd like to be informed when one is arranged or if you are interested in the private option. For the online courses, videos are required from you so we can assure we are certifying professional instructors.
