In this new workshop we'll take an in depth and loving look at menopause.

50% of the population will go through menopause at some point in their lives and spend a third of their lives menopausal. In this workshop we will look at how different cultures deal with Menopause and the different theories on menopause and what causes it.

You’ll learn about many hormones that all play a major role in women’s health and how they affect menopause and the effect they have on your body.

You’ll learn about many different theories on menopause and what is natural aging and what may be caused by menopause.

You will also learn about the many different symptoms caused by menopause, what they are, what causes them, how it can affect someone, how it can be treated or dealt with, and how different people are and how they respond to menopause.

Some women have little or no symptoms, while others may have debilitating symptoms. You’ll learn what to look for and when medical help is needed. 

We’ll also cover some of the health risks that are brought on by menopause and how to prevent them and prevent serious issues in the future.

You’ll learn about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) along with the pros and cons and the different ways in which to get HRT

There’s a section on herbal products that can help the menopausal person. You’ll learn natural ways to deal with it through herbs. What are they? What are they supposed to do?

You’ll also learn about the importance of adrenal support as every organ is affected by menopause.

We’ll also cover different extremes in diet and exercise and how they can affect the body.

You’ll learn about how menopausal women are portrayed and affected in the workplace and how we can help the menopausal person through this transitional time of their lives.
