The main focus of this two-hour online workshop is to outline what can cause back pain and discomfort and how to prevent it. The workshop covers a quick review of the spinal muscles, connective tissue and bones.

The workshop comes with a video that includes various spinal warm up exercises and strength exercises (both with equipment and body weighted). This workshop will help the fitness professional help their clients to build a healthy core, a stable and flexible spine and how to identify when a muscle imbalance occurs.

This workshop is a must for every personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After taking this workshop, you will be able to incorporate lots of safe, functional, interesting and effective exercise into your fitness programs to help your clients have a healthy back.

We stress the importance of getting checked with a health care provider, should back pain occur.
