The Hip & Pelvis workshop takes an in-depth look at hip anatomy (including joints, soft tissue, and muscles). We discuss some of the many things that can go wrong with the hip joint and how to prevent injuries and issues. One muscles’ weakness can affect other muscles and joints. You’ll learn simple and effective assessments you can do to see where hip issues are. There are lots of common exercises that can be unsafe or counterproductive. This workshop will help you figure out which exercises to do and which to avoid. There are lots of great hip exercises and stretches that we should be doing to keep the hip functioning properly. This workshop is loaded with tons of information to help you develop the very best exercises for hip health.
