This workshop teaches you everything you will need to know about a squat. It comes with a full-colour online manual and a video. This workshop covers skeletal anatomy and its effect on squat movement, soft tissue involvement during squatting, muscle involvement during squatting, technique form and posture, injuries and issues associated with squatting, movement compensations, corrective exercises and stretches to increase squatting. We also cover some squatting accessories and equipment, barbell squat, deep vs. shallow, other variations, assisted squatting, pros and cons, safety in exercise design and which muscle tightness/weakness can interfere with a perfect squat  – and how to recognize issues. The video walks you through testing, corrective exercises and ideas and lots of effective warm-up exercises to help you perform the best squatting techniques.
