This workshop reviews and builds on topics covered in Inflammation Part 1. We will take a closer look at the causes of immune system dysfunction and ways to reduce or even eliminate it through diet and lifestyle. This includes a detailed look at gut health, food choices, the environment, stress, and more. We will also discuss in further detail the potential health costs of using anti-inflammatory drugs.
