You will learn: how to develop a good client base, the properties of water, cueing, use of music, lesson planning for deep and shallow water, warm-up and cardio ideas, strength training and stretching in the water.
Must have completed Fitness Theory course or equivalent.
If taking this course for certification and registration, Fitness Theory exam with designated registering body, as well as current First Aid and CPR, must be complete prior to receiving Aqua Fitness Certificate.
Following the Aqua Fitness Instructor course, you will need to complete your 8-hour practicum and your practical exam, which can be done over video or in person.
