If you are pressed for time, can’t commit to in-class sessions and want individual instruction at YOUR convenience, we are happy to offer a private group fitness or aqua fitness course just for you. You can take the course by yourself or with a friend or two. Email us to find out more. We can schedule this over several days at times that are convenient for you. Classes are held in Victoria, BC.
